Ok so I got REALLY excited over this cosplayer because he's off of one of my favorite games. PERSONA 4~!!!!!! and Roy from Fire Emblem was right next to him, so I was happy XD He pulled off the character well.
He was in Cosplay chess, and he was simply amazing when he had to try and keep away from Chi, who kept trying to pet his head. Love you Kanji-kun~!!
